The gîte is located in the heart of the medieval quarter. On the first floor, there is a garage for bicycles and strollers, but no cars. The gîte comprises an open-plan space on the second floor, divided into a living room, kitchen and dining area with a medieval fireplace. This floor opens onto a courtyard with garden furniture. The second floor comprises the master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) overlooking the medieval street, a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), a study, toilet and shower. The interior of the gîte is non-smoking. Down the street, you'll find a bar-grocer's store 50 meters away, as well as other bars and restaurants 200 meters away, near the Saint-Jacques tower and the Thouet river.
