Ferme de La Millanchère

A family farm, where two brothers (Rémi and Grégoire), and their sister (Florence), combine their commitment to ecology with their love of the Gâtinais countryside. Our farm is mainly made up of Highland Cattle crossed with Black Angus. These two breeds have the particularity of "making fat" on an exclusively grass-fed diet, without any supplements. The result is meat with excellent marbling, cholesterol-free and rich in omegas. Meat packages available for dispatch or collection directly from the farm.
