Ferme de Sauvigny

The farm and its flock of ewes are organically farmed. There are two types of ewes on the farm: the ewe de pays (a cross between the Vendéenne and Texel breeds) and the Charmoise. Lamb meat from grass-fed lambs, rich in omega 3. Sales and farm tour by appointment.
