Le Pain'son
In our bakery in the heart of the Gâtine region, we produce organic sourdough bread four days a week. Made from wholemeal or semi-wholemeal flour, milled by a local miller in Availles-Thouarsais, the loaves are then baked in our wood-fired oven. We also make brioche, broyés du Poitou?
