Eglise Notre-Dame

The church Notre Dame d'ARDIN, in the Deux-Sèvres region, a historical monument, placed under the name of Notre-Dame, is in the heart of the village of Ardin, situated on a promontory bordered by the Autize and Doré valleys, between Niort and Coulonges-sur-l'Autize. At the junction of the limestone plain and the extreme south of the Armorican Massif, its territory criss-crossed by sunken paths, valleys, fountains and rivers is endowed with a built heritage, typical of the Poitou region.
